Our Newly Renovated Maternity Unit

Our warm and caring nursing staff, experienced health providers and modern birthing suites combine to make Jones Memorial Hospital the place for Wonderful Beginnings!

That is just one of the positive comments made by a new mother who delivered in the Jones Memorial Hospital Birthing Center, where family-centered care is a primary concern! Reflecting the LDRP concept in which women remain in the same room throughout their stay, the birthing suites also have private bathrooms and showers, some with bubble tubs. With solid oak woodwork by a local Amish craftsman and quilted wall hangings made and donated by staff and friends of Jones Memorial, the new units are a warm and inviting place to make your first appearance in the world.

The maternity unit has seven LDRPs, two outpatient exam rooms, a new nursery with newborn warmers, and a modern security system. For a better idea of what to expect, take a virtual tour of the Maternity unit!
