Gifts of Jones Memorial Hospital can be made in any amount and at any time! You can designate where your funds will be used, or you can ask that they be put where they are most needed. 1921 Associate

Founded in honor of the 80th anniversary of JMH in 2001, the 1921 Associates receive an invitation to a Garden Reception held on the first Sunday in August each year. The annual membership cost for 1921 Associates is $250.To find out more about joining the festivities, contact Judy Burt.

Other Established Giving Opportunities

Associates $25+ As a JMH Associate, you will receive the annual JMH Year in Review, which outlines the plans and progress at Jones Memorial. The names of JMH Associates will appear this annual report.

Century Associate $100+ Century Associates receive the benefits and recognition that Associates receive, plus special invitations to events and activities at the Hospital.

Distinguished Associate $500+ Distinguished Associates receive all the benefits granted to Associates and Century Associates, as well as a distinctive recognition gift in appreciation for their higher level of commitment to the Hospital. The names of Distinguished Associates are annually included in a permanent display in the main hallway at the Hospital. Distinguished Associates are automatically enrolled in the 1921 Associates and invited to the Garden Party held on the first Sunday in August.

Golden Associate $5,000+ In addition to the invitations and recognition gifts given at the Associate, Century and Distinguished levels, the names of Golden Associates are engraved on individual plaques and included in the Golden Associates plaque at the Hospital.

Life Associate $10,000+ Life Associates receive all the benefits given at every other level. In addition, Life Associates will see their names on individual plaques that are part of a display in the main hallway at the Hospital and on a plaque in a significant area at the Hospital. Life Associates are permanently included in any published listing of Associates.
